On the afternoon of December 20, 2024, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a conference between the Prime Minister and Ambassadors/Heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad to review economic diplomacy in 2024 and duty focal points on 2025 to create momentum for growth. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the conference. Also attending was Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son.

On the morning of December 20, 2024, as one of activities in the Ben Tre Innovation Day 2024, the closing ceremony of the Innovation startup incubation Program; Pitching activities for businesses and investors in 2024 was held at the TTC Palace. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Dang Mai Giang Tan - Acting Director of Ben Tre’s Provincial Center for Investment promotion and Startup, representatives from the Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF), experts, consultants, project teams from the program, and local businesses.

On the morning of December 20, 2024, as one of activities in the Ben Tre Innovation Day 2024, the closing ceremony of the Innovation startup incubation Program; Pitching activities for businesses and investors in 2024 was held at the TTC Palace. Within the framework of the Conference to review the Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta, from November 29 to December 2, 2024, the HCMC and Mekong Delta Tourism and Trade Week 2024 took place in Can Tho City. Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam and leaders of HCMC People's Committee, Can Tho City People's Committee and other 11 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta attended the Opening Ceremony.

A delegation of Ben Tre province led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam began a working visit to Tulcea province, Romania, from October 30, 2024 to November 3, 2024. The delegation included representatives of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial Police Department and biodiversity experts from the University of Natural Sciences - National University of Ho Chi Minh City.

A delegation of Ben Tre province led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Ngoc Tam began a working visit to Tulcea province, Romania, from October 30, 2024 to November 3, 2024. The meeting was co-chaired by Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Ho Thi Hoang Yen; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Tran Ngoc Tam; Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC - Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Truc Son; Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Minh Canh and Vice Chairwoman of the PPC Nguyen Thi Be Muoi; Mr. Tran Van Duc - Chairman of the Provincial Business Association. Nearly 300 enterprises and entrepreneurs in the province attended the meeting.

On the afternoon of October 10, 2024, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Ho Thi Hoang Yen, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Tran Ngoc Tam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Quang Trieu, Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Minh Canh had a meeting and worked with the Pacifico Energy Group (PEG) working delegation on the implementation status of the Sunpro Wind power plant project; discussed investment cooperation in renewable energy projects with the PEG in Ben Tre province.

The delegation included representatives from the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Department of Education and Training.

From September 30, 2024, to October 4, 2024, a delegation of leaders from Ben Tre province, led by Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Be Muoi of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and worked in Ehime province, Japan. Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Ho Thi Hoang Yen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Thanh Lam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Nguyen Minh Canh co-chaired the conference. The conference was connected online to the commune level.

On the afternoon of September 20, 2024, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) Nguyen Thi Be Muoi hosted a working session with a delegation from the Japan Asia Medical Welfare Education Institute (JAMWEI) led by Dr. Masayoshi Yoshino - President of the JAMWEI, who paid a courtesy visit to the provincial leaders during a working trip to the Mekong Delta region. Also attending were representatives of the Departments of Education and Training, Health, Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs.

​“Digital transformation puts people at the center and focuses on the provision of online public services (OPS) to promote development. We must find solutions to improve the efficiency of providing OPS to meet the increasing demands of people and businesses in the process of socio-economic development of the country” – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh raised the issue when opening the online conference on “Improving the efficiency of providing and using OPS” on the morning of August 31, 2024. Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Be Muoi chaired the Ben Tre province bridge point to attend.

Leaders of departments and agencies, namely Department of Health, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training, the provincial Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and the provincial School for Disabled Children attended the meeting and exchanged information about policies and activities supporting disabled people and Agent Orange victims.
